It is a single brand platform offering handcrafted, artisan-made textiles and lifestyle products brought directly from skilled artisans across India.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or digital wallets using secure payment gateways. In case of failed or incomplete payment, the order will not be processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors, stock unavailability, or technical issues.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference. For details, please review our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; however, returns can be initiated after delivery as per our Return Policy. House of Jugnu reserves the right to cancel orders in case of non-availability, payment failure, or technical errors.
