Rooh Gulaabi: The Soul of the Rose
🌸 The Inspiration: Woven from the Earth Close your eyes and imagine the soft, romantic blush of a garden in full bloom at dawn. This is Rooh Gulaabi—a name that beautifully translates to the "Soul of the Rose." The radiant, blushing pink of this drape isn't born in a toxic factory; it is lovingly coaxed directly from nature’s most exquisite flora. We have captured the poetry of the earth by extracting rich, living colors from fragrant Rose petals, vibrant Hibiscus, delicate Pomegranate blossoms, and the healing roots of Manjistha. The mesmerizing, fluid patterns on this canvas feel as pure and romantic as a flower's first bloom—a visual masterpiece painted by nature itself.
🌿 A Harmony of Body, Mind, Soul, and Earth Wearing Rooh Gulaabi is not just about making a fashion statement; it is a holistic, sensory experience.
-
For the Body: Woven from a premium blend of Chanderi Cotton, it effortlessly marries a luxurious, natural sheen with cloud-like, breathable comfort. Completely free of harsh synthetic chemicals, the plant-drenched fabric feels incredibly soothing, airy, and gentle against your skin.

Wrapping yourself in these natural fibers brings a sense of joyful, mindful tranquility to your day.
-
For the Environment: True elegance shouldn't cost the earth. By championing 100% biodegradable floral and root-based dyes alongside slow-made textiles, Rooh Gulaabi ensures that our rivers remain unpolluted and our natural ecosystems continue to breathe and thrive.
👐 Empowering the Hands of India This saree is a love letter to India’s rich artisanal heritage. The captivating, one-of-a-kind patterns are not printed by soulless machines; they are born from Shibori—an age-old, meticulous knot-and-dye craftsmanship. Every single intricate fold and tie is done by hand by master artisans whose families have preserved this sacred textile art for generations. When you drape Rooh Gulaabi, you become a patron of Indian art forms. You are helping to sustain rural livelihoods, keep the delicate art of Shibori alive, and uplift the incredible artisans who weave the cultural fabric of our country.

उत्पाद देखभाल
Every House of Jugnu piece is handcrafted with
love and care. To ensure your product stays beautiful for years, please follow
these simple care guidelines:
🌿 General Care
● Handle your handcrafted item gently —each piece is unique and made with delicate artisanal processes.
● Avoid contact with liquids, perfumes, or deodorants that may cause stains or discoloration.
● Do not wring, rub, or scrub the fabric. Always handle it softly.
● Store in a cool, dry place,
away from direct sunlight to preserve its natural color and texture.
● Air your garment occasionally to keep it fresh and prevent mildew.
🧵 Washing & Cleaning
● Prefer dry cleaning, especially for handwoven, hand-dyed, or block-printed fabrics.
● If washing at home, use mild
detergent and cold water, and wash separately by hand.
● Avoid machine wash and harsh
chemicals — they may damage natural fibers and colors.
● Do not bleach.
🎨 Color Notes & Behavior
● Moderate bleeding: Darker shades
(Indigo, Madder) may bleed during the first 2–3 washes.
● Low to moderate fading: Colors
like Turmeric yellows and Indigo blues fade faster in direct sunlight.
● Low surface dye transfer
(Dry/Wet): Excess surface dye (especially Indigo) may rub off on skin or
lighter clothes initially.
☀️ Ironing & Storage
● Use medium heat ironing on
the reverse side of the fabric.
● For delicate embroidery or block
prints, place a thin cotton cloth over the item before ironing.
● Store sarees and dupattas folded
neatly with muslin cloth between layers to allow the fabric to breathe.
💛 A Little Note
Slight color or texture variations are a part
of the charm of handcrafted textiles. With proper care, your House of Jugnu
creation will continue to age gracefully — just like true craftsmanship should.
