Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At House of Jugnu, every piece is lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans across India. Our textiles celebrate the charm of handmade work — where every thread, print, and weave carries the imprint of human artistry.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are natural in handcrafted products. These are not imperfections but a reflection of the authentic, artistic process that makes each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.

We hope you’ll cherish your purchase, but if you ever need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help — fairly, transparently, and with care for both you and our artisan community.

🧵 1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, untorn and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns are not applicable on custom-made, sale, or discounted items. As our products are handcrafted, minor irregularities in color, print, weave, or finish are inherent to the handmade process and not considered defects.

💬 2. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at houseofjugnu@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with minimum 3 photos. Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable. Once the returned/exchanged product passes our quality check, your refund or store credit will be processed. Return and Exchange is available only for defective or damaged or completely different item.

💰 3. Refunds

Refund to original payment method is available only for defective or damaged or completely different items. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the product.

🔄 4. Exchanges

One-time exchange per product is allowed (size, color, or design of equal value). The first exchange per order is free of charge, while subsequent exchanges will incur a maximum ₹300 reverse logistics fee. Exchanges depend on stock availability and product condition.

⚠️ 5. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 3 days of delivery at houseofjugnu@gmail.com with clear photos or videos. Verified cases will receive a free replacement, exchange (of same value), or refund, as per your preference.

🚚 6. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

The first return or exchange per order includes a free reverse pickup. Subsequent returns or exchanges will incur a maximum ₹300 deduction per pickup. Please ensure products are securely packed to prevent transit damage.

❌ 7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return or exchange after delivery.
