At House of Jugnu, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans across India. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, while maintaining transparency throughout the shipping process.

 

🧵 1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

• Since our products are handcrafted, slight delays may occur during festivals, high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders are dispatched only on working days (Monday–Saturday).

 

📦 2. Shipping Time & Delivery Window

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

• Metros: 3–5 working days

• Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 4–7 working days

• Remote & rural locations: 7–10 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier serviceability and external factors such as weather conditions or strikes.

 

💰 3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders: Standard shipping charges may apply based on order weight and pin code.

• COD availability: Provided only where courier service supports it; an additional COD charge may apply.

Shipping fees (if any) will be visible during checkout before payment.

 

🔍 4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking ID and courier partner details.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

 

📮 5. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable contact number, the package may be returned to us.

• Re-shipping charges will apply for dispatching the order again.

 

⚠️ 6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

• Natural calamities

• Courier network disruptions

• Remote location service limitations

• High seasonal order volume

We will always assist you in coordinating with the courier partner in case of a delay.

 

🏠 7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address and phone number provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

House of Jugnu is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

🔄 8. Reverse Pickup for Return/Exchange

As per our return policy:

• Free reverse pickup for the first return or exchange per order.

• A maximum ₹300 logistics fee for subsequent reverse pickups.

• Reverse pickups depend on courier availability and pin code serviceability.

We follow the same structure for all return- and exchange-related pickups.

 

📦❌ 9. Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin Orders (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts:

• We will notify you via email/WhatsApp.

• You may choose re-shipment (additional charge may apply) or store credit.

• Refunds are not applicable for prepaid RTO orders unless the item is defective or incorrect as per our return policy.
